At Brinko, we design every product with care and want you to love what you receive. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help with a simple and fair process.

Order Cancellation

• Orders may be cancelled within 6 hours of placing the order or before dispatch, whichever is earlier.
• Once an order has been packed or shipped, cancellation may not be possible.
• Refunds for cancelled orders will be processed to the original payment method within 6–8 business days.

Returns & Replacements

We accept returns or replacements under the following conditions:

You may request a return/replacement if the product is:
• Damaged during transit
• Defective
• Incorrect item delivered
• Significantly different from the description on the website

Requests must be raised within 4 days of delivery by contacting our support team with photos/videos.

After verification, we will offer:
• Replacement, or
• Store credit

Return Eligibility Conditions

To qualify for a return:

• Item must be unused and unwashed
• Must be returned in original packaging
• All tags, parts, and accessories must be intact
• Product should not show signs of use or damage caused after delivery

For hygiene and safety reasons, used or damaged toys may not be eligible for return.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

• Clearance/sale items
• Gift cards
• Customized/personalized products
• Products damaged due to misuse

Return Shipping

• If the issue is due to damage/defect/incorrect product → Brinko bears return shipping
• For other returns → customer may bear shipping costs

Manufacturer Warranty

Products covered under manufacturer warranty should be serviced directly through the manufacturer as per their terms.

Refund Process

• Refunds will be initiated after inspection and approval as store credits 
• Processed within 6–8 business days
